• Aligning with learners to create feedback loops that drive adoption, reduce resistance, and enhance user journeys.
• Transforming learner mindsets from fear of steep learning curves to embracing learning as fun and personally rewarding, driving faster performance outcomes.
• Designing innovative, engaging, interactive, gamified, and scenario-based learning experiences, informed by a deep understanding of visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and verbal-linguistic adult learning styles.
• Integrating business insights into training to ensure learners grasp the importance of their roles' alignment with evolving technologies and business goals.

Aside from work, I enjoy leveraging life, learning from others, lingering at the local library all by my lonesome, and longing for an AI-powered kitchen bot to assist me with preparing delightful meals.
